Ingredients

  • 40 ml espresso freshly brewed using 15g espresso
  • 40 ml tequila
  • 10 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 5 ml Cointreau or triple sec
  • 3 coffee beans (optional – garnish)


Instructions

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker with a large handful of ice.
  2. Pour in the freshly brewed espresso, tequila, Kahlúa, Cointreau, and vanilla syrup.
  3. Securely fasten the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to chill and create a frothy top.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with coffee beans if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, use dark roast espresso.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup.
Garnish can include chocolate shavings for an extra touch.
