Ingredients

- 40 ml espresso freshly brewed using 15g espresso
- 40 ml tequila
- 10 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- 5 ml Cointreau or triple sec
- 3 coffee beans (optional – garnish)
Instructions
- Fill the cocktail shaker with a large handful of ice.
- Pour in the freshly brewed espresso, tequila, Kahlúa, Cointreau, and vanilla syrup.
- Securely fasten the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to chill and create a frothy top.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with coffee beans if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, use dark roast espresso.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup.
Garnish can include chocolate shavings for an extra touch.
