Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt (optional)
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed coconut milk, coconut oil, and salt.
  2. Microwave this mixture for 60 seconds or melt over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  3. Prepare a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan by lightly spraying with oil and lining it with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the fudge mixture to the pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the pan in the fridge and allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and slice it into 24 squares.

Notes

Ensure to keep the fudge in the fridge for the best texture before serving.
Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
