- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix
- 1 small onion diced
- ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties and arrange them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk the beef broth with the brown gravy mix and ranch dressing mix.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the slow cooker.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each patty.
- Sprinkle the diced onions and sliced pepperoncinis over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the patties are tender.
- Serve warm, spooning gravy over the patties.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or herbs to the beef mixture.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious gravy.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
