Instructions
- In a large microwavable mug, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in the whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon using a fork.
- Gently fold in the mashed banana and blueberries. Optionally, sprinkle with additional cinnamon or brown sugar.
- Position the mug on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the muffin is set.
- Allow the mug to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying your delicious muffin.

You can adjust the cooking time based on your microwave’s wattage.
