Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Lay a slice of ham flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ham.
- Position a dill pickle spear at one end of the ham slice.
- Roll the ham tightly around the pickle, ensuring it holds together well.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve the rolls whole or slice them into bite-sized pieces. Add fresh chives or green onions for garnish, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use low-fat cream cheese for a healthier version.
These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
