- 4 to 5 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature for about 2 hours to achieve the best texture.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup of honey. Mix with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Taste the frosting, adding more honey if desired. Consider adding a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Use the frosting immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge overnight for a slightly thicker consistency. Keep in mind that while it can be piped, it may not hold its shape well.
Notes
For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey.
If using for piping, consider using it shortly after preparing for better shape retention.
